Full Time Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls
  • Email communication
  • Scheduling
  • Bank Deposits
  • Sales follow ups
  • Mostly Remote / Work from home position. May require occasional in person meetings
  • Seeking someone who is organized, motivated, and prepared to work on time everyday.
  • Work well with teammates and supervisors, and be open to learning new skills.
  • Communicates, executes tasks, and resolves issues in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Perform tasks related to customer follow up, answering emails, communicating with clients and client prospects, and general organization of company
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working on computers / typing and related software's ie: Microsoft Office
  • Social Media experience is a bonus*


Hours and Salary:

  • Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
  • Salary Position - Competitive wage based on experience
  • Paid Weekly.
