Full Time Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls
- Email communication
- Scheduling
- Bank Deposits
- Sales follow ups
- Mostly Remote / Work from home position. May require occasional in person meetings
- Seeking someone who is organized, motivated, and prepared to work on time everyday.
- Work well with teammates and supervisors, and be open to learning new skills.
- Communicates, executes tasks, and resolves issues in an orderly and timely manner.
- Perform tasks related to customer follow up, answering emails, communicating with clients and client prospects, and general organization of company
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working on computers / typing and related software's ie: Microsoft Office
- Social Media experience is a bonus*
Hours and Salary:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary Position - Competitive wage based on experience
- Paid Weekly.
Other Benefits:
- 1 Weeks vacation after 1st year
